Our tip for the perfect recipe for your Victoria sponge or cupcakes:

250g Sugar

250g Any good margarine or butter

250g self raising flour

250g free range eggs (usually 4-5)

Place all of your ingredients in your stand mixer or in a bowl.  Using the whisk attachment, whisk on low until the flour doesn't fly everywhere and then whisk on high until completely combined - this is our tried and tested method, yummy!
